About
Meet Geralyn
I started my company to give healthcare professionals personalized support for the unique needs of their private practice and their work within the insurance industry.
Before going independent, I worked in auto insurance as a Property Damage Adjuster, an Accident Benefits Adjuster and a Quality Assurance Editor. Earlier in my career I worked in customer service: in a call centre at a clinical research facility, as a pharmacy technician, and in management as an accountant.
That experience taught me to be friendly, organized and calm when things move fast, and I bring all three to every client.
